Justin Adams

Justin is a recent graduate of The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art
Justin Adams has spent the last year working in NYC. He played Edward IV in "Her Majesty the King," a world premiere play at HERE studios. He played "the boy" in the NYC premiere of Tennessee William's "The Municipal Abbatoir" as part of a collection of William's one acts called "Pieces of Paradise" as a benefit to help save 13th St. Rep theatre. Justin also recently finished an adapted, devised production of "The Knight in Rusty Armor," playing Merlin, a blacksmith, and a dragon with NYU's grad program's "Freeplays." Previously Justin had spent a stint in the regions, playing Ethan at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts in another world premiere play called "Jesus Hates Me;" playing Lysander in "A Midsummer's Night's Dream" at the Texas Shakespeare Festival and touring "The Miracle Worker" (playing James) in Beijing, China (also with TSF). Justin has also toured our own country with The Acting Company, playing Proteus in "The Two Gentleman of Verona" and Petruchio in "Love, Shakespeare."
Film work: Justin played the lead role of Jack in the independent feature "Independence: Beyond What She Expects." Besides being involved with many rehearsed readings, Justin is currently about to begin work on a web-series with Arc-Lab called "Anatomy of Socially Awkward Situations," and "Taming of the Shrew," playing Lucentio with an emerging theatre company called Hipgnosis.

On a more personal note, some of Justin's favorite things are the outdoors--esp. hiking and camping-- gardening, poetry, writing and reading, aikido (passed my kyu test a few months ago...awesome), sports, snow-boarding, and stage-combat (professional choreographer). He admires altruism and humanitarian aims, despises prejudice and oppression and is struggling SLOWLY towards the true wisdom of self-knowledge. He also enjoys writing in the third-person.
Role: Jake MIT based research technician, devoted to Sundays project. About to get married to Monica. A proper foil for Sundays confusing love life he brings him (& all) back to task.
